The machine comprises a robust frame body, movable slide blocks (including a dedicated middle accessory frame block), a fixed slide block, a pneumatic positioning lock, a hydraulic station, and an operating control cabinet. Using a comprehensive Frame Forming process that involves pneumatic locking, precise mechanical adjustment, pneumatic frame driving, flattening, and hydraulic riveting, it delivers noise-free operation, steady performance, and a safe, reliable structure.
